We the abyssinian, are a medium sized cat and when around are found in the foreign section at cat shows. Although there aren't many of us about. We are wild looking but don't have a wild nature, although we have lots of energy, and love getting high up. On the cat activity level 'Richter Scale' we are a ten. We stay kitten like for most of lives, and love getting involved with whatever our owners are doing. If I am chosen to be a pet its better if I have a brother or sister with me, as I can get lonely and sad if left on my own.

Usual   (Ruddy in America)

This is where the coat is golden brown, but the ends are ticked with black or dark brown, with an orange brown undercoat and black paw pads.

Sorrel (Red in America)

The main colour is copper and the ends are ticked with chocolate brown and a pale apricot undercoat with pink paw pads.

Blue

The main body colour is blue-grey ticked with a darker steel blue, with mauve blue paw pads.

Fawn

The coat is a warm rose-beige, with light cocoa brown tips and pink paw pads.

Silver

This consists of a silver body ticked with black, with black paws.

Other available colours are lilac, chocolate and tortie.
